The Find Her Faithful group study is curriculum designed for both scriptural alignment and immediate application. Each week, your group will unpack Bible passages that directly instruct the conduct, knowledge, people skills, stewardship and priorities of a godly leader. Be informed by the Word of God and be held accountable by one another.

Before You Come - 30-60 minute "at-home" assignments help each participant prepare for that week's topic and application.

A voice for female leadership advancement formed on Biblical truth.

For as long as I can remember, I've been keenly in tune with the practice of leadership. From the time I was 13 and invited onto the youth leadership team, I've spent three decades exploring and practicing leadership at work, in business, in churches and at home. It has been an undying passion I can't get enough of learning and growing in.

More recently, as I worked on developing leadership-focused small groups and events for women at my church, I realized how little exists by way of formal training for faith-based, female-focused leadership development.

So I decided to create it.

Find Her Faithful is the culmination of decades of hands-on leadership across a corporate marketing career, entrepreneurship, worship leadership, women's discipleship and being a pastor's wife.

With Find Her Faithful, it is my deepest honor to invite any woman at any level of leadership to grow her influence and authority through the most important factor of success: What does the Bible say about it?
